We at BHS-Sonthofen do not shy away from difficult mixing tasks: To accommodate the highly abrasive sand-lime block production process, we offer our twin-shaft batch mixer DKXK series with a special rubber trough. It allows operators to produce sand-lime masses with considerably less wear.
The mixture used to produce sand-lime blocks is highly abrasive. The robust rubber trough thus makes the DKXK ideally suitable for operation as a main mixer for sand-lime mixtures. Added benefit: The trough, which is made of special rubber, pulses during the mixing process, preventing any caking. This reduces wear and tear and significantly lowers the energy consumption of the mixer. Twin-shaft batch mixers of the DKXK series are available with capacities ranging from 1,000 to 6,500 liters.
